Reaver Karambit Keychain

Released in Episode 5: Dimension (August 2022) as part of the Reaver 2.0 bundle. Priced at 4,350 VP. The dev team explored many melee ideas for the second Reaver set but kept coming back to the karambit, describing it as "low key flashy and stealthy at the same time" and something they felt was "really special and desirable." Unlike the original Reaver dagger, the karambit was the first Reaver melee to ship with color variants. Art Lead Kerwin Atienza led the design under heavy scrutiny from the Premium Content team, who said their feedback would feel "very nitpicky and unfair" because Reaver had to be "just right." The white variant became an internal dev favorite, with someone on the team messaging "it is so sick holy smokes" the day the blog went live. It remains one of the most sought after karambits in VALORANT, with players regularly waiting months in the daily store rotation for a chance to buy it.
