Part of the original Prime collection released on VALORANT's launch day alongside the Vandal, Classic, Guardian, and Axe. The Prime bundle was one of the first two Premium Edition skin lines in the game (alongside Sovereign) and set the industry standard for VALORANT cosmetics by introducing custom VFX, sound effects, and a finisher animation for the first time. The collection's design was inspired by sports cars, emphasizing sleek, futuristic geometric lines with a white and gold color scheme suggesting royalty. The Spectre is one of the most heavily used SMGs in VALORANT, purchased nearly every force buy and anti eco round, giving the Prime Spectre constant visibility in matches. The same crisp, satisfying metallic audio that made the Prime Vandal legendary carries over to the Spectre, giving its rapid fire spray a distinctly clean and punchy sound profile that players frequently cite as making the weapon "feel" more accurate. The community meme "Prime makes you aim better" applies across the entire line, and the Spectre's high fire rate makes the audio feedback loop especially satisfying during close range sprays. The finisher levitates the enemy before dissolving them into golden geometric particles. Features 3 color variants (blue, green, orange) alongside the default white and gold. The Prime Spectre was part of the original 1.0 bundle, meaning it has been available in the game since day one of VALORANT's public release. Between the original Prime and Prime//2.0 (March 2021), the line eventually covered nearly every weapon class in the game. The Spectre was not included in Prime//2.0, making the original the only Prime version of this weapon. Can appear in daily store rotation and Night Market.
